Wyoming history was yesterday at the Washakie County Museum! There were so many neat experiences. Fourth graders had a jam-packed day learning about dinosaurs, ancient rock art, the many uses of bovine, trout hatching, Mormon handcart travel, archeology, how to rope a steer, and most importantly; how to take down a mammoth with an atlatl!
Thanks to all the presenters and Angela Reddick with the museum for hosting another fantastic event for our students!

We had a great day at the Hamilton Ranch, checking out the sheep and learning about FFA and vermiculture! Medicine Lodge was a chance to see Paleo-Indian art and take a hike!
